1.1 Acceptance of Terms


BY ACCESSING OR USING OUR SERVICES, YOU UNDERSTAND THAT THIS IS A LEGALLY BINDING AGREEMENT. YOU CERTIFY THAT YOU ARE OF THE LEGAL AGE OF MAJORITY IN YOUR JURISDICTION, OR, IF YOU ARE BETWEEN 13 AND THE LEGAL AGE OF MAJORITY, THAT YOU ARE USING THE SERVICES UNDER THE SUPERVISION OF A PARENT OR LEGAL GUARDIAN WHO AGREES TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS.

You may not use our services for unlawful purposes or in violation of any applicable law.

You may not attempt to interfere with the security or operation of our website, platforms, or services.

Any breach may result in immediate suspension or termination of access without liability.

QWR reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.

While we endeavor to maintain accuracy, all information is provided “as is” and for general purposes only.

Certain communications or content may be transmitted unencrypted, except for payment information.

1.4 Modifications

QWR may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the services, content, or pricing without prior notice.


Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.


1.5 Products and Services
Availability may be limited by technical, legal, or jurisdictional factors.


Product descriptions, specifications, and pricing are subject to change without notice.


Images and colors may not exactly match delivered products.


1.6 Accuracy of Information
Users must provide current and accurate information.


Orders suspected to be from resellers, distributors, or fraudulent actors may be limited or canceled.

Access to third-party tools is provided “as is” and without endorsement.


QWR does not guarantee or control third-party content or services and assumes no liability for their use.

1.11 Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
- Services and products are provided “as is” and “as available”.
- QWR and affiliates disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
- QWR is not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, to the fullest extent permitted by law.


1.12 Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless QWR and affiliates from claims arising from violation of these Terms or misuse of services.


1.13 Severability
If any provision is found unenforceable, remaining provisions remain in full effect.


1.14 Termination
QWR may suspend or terminate access at any time for any reason.


Termination does not relieve users from obligations incurred prior to termination.


1.15 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.


1.16 Updates to Terms
QWR reserves the right to revise these Terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

Restrictions on Use:

Third-party references to these trademarks are for informational purposes only and do not grant any rights.
Trademarks are protected under applicable intellectual property laws, including Indian and international regulations.

Who Is This Warranty From?
This Limited Consumer Warranty (the “Warranty”) is issued by QWR Interactive Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (“QWR Interactive Solutions Pvt. Ltd.”, “VRone”, “VRone. 4K”, “VRone. Edu”, “VRone. PC”, “VRone. Pro”, “XRone”, “HUMBL” “we”, or “us”).Who Is This Warranty For?
This Warranty is issued to you, the consumer, who has purchased a new, covered product from QWR Interactive Solutions Pvt. Ltd. or an authorized retailer (“you”). This Warranty does not apply to products purchased from any source other than QWR Interactive Solutions Pvt. Ltd. or an authorized retailer.If you purchased your product outside India, this Warranty does not apply to you. You should consult the specific warranty applicable to your country, available in the product box or at www.questionwhatsreal.com/support/legal/limited-warranty for QWR Interactive Solutions Pvt. Ltd. products. This Warranty applies only to countries where QWR Interactive Solutions Pvt. Ltd. ships and provides support.

What Does This Warranty Do?
This Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state and country to country. This Warranty is in addition to, and does not affect, any rights you may have under the laws of your jurisdiction concerning the sale of consumer goods (including, without limitation, national laws implementing EC Directive 44/99/EC).What Does This Warranty Cover?
This Warranty covers defects and malfunctions in new QWR Interactive Solutions Pvt. Ltd. product(s) (the “Product”). We warrant that the Product will, under normal and intended use, substantially function in accordance with our technical specifications or accompanying documentation (the “Warranted Functionality”) during the Warranty Period.If the Product requires QWR Interactive Solutions Pvt. Ltd. software or services to achieve the Warranted Functionality, we will make such software and services available during the Warranty Period. We may update, modify, or limit such software and services at our sole discretion, provided that the Warranted Functionality is maintained or exceeded.Product registration is not required for coverage under this Warranty. However, some QWR Interactive Solutions Pvt. Ltd. products may require periodic connection to an online QWR Interactive Solutions Pvt. Ltd. account to ensure full functionality.

How Long Does Coverage Last?
This Limited Warranty is valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase or delivery of the Product, whichever is later (the “Warranty Period”).What Will QWR Interactive Solutions Pvt. Ltd.

Do If There Is a Problem With the Product?
If your Product is defective or malfunctioning, we will, at our sole discretion, repair or replace the Product, or update the software or services to ensure the Product substantially performs in accordance with the Warranted Functionality.If replacement is required, the replacement may be a new, refurbished, or remanufactured Product. If we determine that repair, replacement, or updates are not reasonable solutions, we may issue a refund of the purchase price paid.

How Can You Get Service?
If you experience an issue with your Product, please email us at support@questionwhatsreal.com for assistance and warranty service information.If it is necessary to send your Product for service, we will provide a pre-addressed shipping label. You must send the Product, along with proof of purchase, using this label. Proof of purchase may not be required if we are able to verify your purchase in advance.You may be required to cover the cost of shipping the Product to us. By sending the Product, you agree to transfer ownership of that Product to QWR Interactive Solutions Pvt. Ltd. Upon receipt, we will determine if the issue is covered under this Warranty. If it is, we will repair or replace the Product and ship it back to you at no cost. Please note that we may not return your original Product.We cannot guarantee that repairs will preserve your programs or data. Any replacement Product will not contain your personal data. Repaired or replaced Products are covered by this Warranty for the remainder of the original Warranty Period or ninety (90) days from your receipt of the repaired or replaced Product, whichever is longer.If proof of purchase cannot be verified in advance, and you send a Product without valid proof of purchase, we reserve the right to return the Product at your expense. If such costs are not prepaid, we will hold the Product for thirty (30) days for pickup before it is disposed of.

Warranty Policy
This Warranty Policy applies to QWR Interactive Solutions Pvt. Ltd. products sold in India only, including Virtual Reality Headsets, Extended Reality Headsets, AI Smartglasses, accessories, and related products.During the Warranty Period, if a functional failure occurs under normal usage, QWR Interactive Solutions Pvt. Ltd. will provide free repair or replacement in accordance with the company’s standard policy guidelines.Warranty Coverage and RestrictionsThis warranty policy applies only to devices sold by QWR Interactive Solutions Pvt. Ltd. within the territory of India.

The warranty for Virtual Reality (VR) and Extended Reality (XR) headsets will be applicable from the earliest of the activation date or the invoice date.

To avail warranty service support for QWR Interactive Solutions Pvt. Ltd. accessories, customers must carry the original packaging along with a valid proof of purchase (invoice) when visiting an authorized service center.

During the warranty period, if any functional failure occurs, QWR Interactive Solutions Pvt. Ltd. will provide free maintenance services through its authorized service centers.

Any device that has exceeded the standard warranty period will be considered out of warranty.

Out of Warranty Conditions
The warranty will not apply under the following circumstances:Liquid damage, moisture, or corrosion is found on the device/product.

Physical damage to the outer surface, including but not limited to cracks or scratches.

Any unauthorized repair, tampering, or disassembly attempted on the device.

The warranty sticker is missing, tampered with, or altered.

The device has been rooted by the user and cannot be restored via software update. (Authorized service centers must obtain customer approval before performing any software-related actions.)

Natural wear and tear, use under extreme or abnormal conditions, damage due to improper care, or damage caused by natural disasters (e.g., floods, fire, earthquakes).

Products purchased outside India (international warranty not applicable).

Devices/products provided for business or organizational use will be serviced in accordance with QWR Interactive Solutions Pvt. Ltd.’s business service policy. Warranty start dates will be determined by the activation date.

Dispute Resolution
In case of disputes where the authorized service center finds no fault in the device and the customer disagrees, both parties may mutually agree to have the device tested by an agency authorized by the Consumer Court/Consumer Organization.

Testing fees must be deposited in advance by both parties.

If the test confirms a quality issue, the service center will bear the cost; if no fault is found, the customer will bear the cost.

In case of conflict between this service policy and national laws/regulations, the latter shall prevail.

Warranty Conditions
A valid warranty card and invoice are required to secure warranty rights. Customers must retain them safely.

Proof of purchase is mandatory and must be presented at the service center to avail warranty services.

Products purchased outside India are not eligible for warranty services at domestic service centers. Customers must pay for repairs, including spare parts, and are advised to make an appointment with the Customer Service Center in advance.

All replaced parts remain the property of QWR Interactive Solutions Pvt. Ltd.

What Is Not Covered by This Limited Warranty
This Limited Warranty applies only to QWR Interactive Solutions Pvt. Ltd. products and accessories. It does not cover:Any non-QWR equipment.

Any software, including but not limited to Software Development Kits (SDKs) and Android Application Packages (APKs), whether developed by QWR Interactive Solutions Pvt. Ltd. or by third parties, even if intended or labeled for use with the product.

Products, accessories, or software provided by third-party manufacturers, suppliers, or publishers. Customers must contact them directly for warranty or service support.

Warranty Limitations
This warranty does not cover damages caused by human actions or any of the following conditions. However, paid repair services may be available in such cases:Expiry of the warranty period or repairs carried out by unauthorized third parties.

Absence of a valid warranty card or proof of purchase. (An exception may be granted if the customer can demonstrate that the accessory is within the warranty period.)

Any warranty commitment made by non–QWR Interactive Solutions Pvt. Ltd. representatives.

Damage caused by improper use (e.g., dropping, crushing, water exposure).

Damage or malfunction resulting from uncontrollable external forces (e.g., floods, fire, earthquakes, lightning, traffic accidents).

Damage or malfunction caused by failure to use or maintain the product as instructed (e.g., use under extreme temperatures, or use of non-QWR Interactive Solutions Pvt. Ltd. accessories).

Natural wear and tear (e.g., cables, connectors).

Disassembly, self-repair, modification, or any human actions that cause damage.

Normal wear and tear.

Damage caused by misuse, accidents (e.g., physical impact, exposure to liquid, food, or contaminants), neglect, abuse, unauthorized repair, tampering, or use with unsuitable equipment, devices, software, or services.

Use inconsistent with the product documentation.

Use for commercial, trade, or professional purposes.

Resold or second-hand products.

Products purchased from unauthorized sources (including unofficial online auctions or non-authorized retailers).

Non–QWR Interactive Solutions Pvt. Ltd. products.

Use of the product in violation of applicable laws or regulations.

Features, performance parameters, or functions related to software or services beyond the warranted functionality of the product.

Additional Exclusions:This warranty does not guarantee that the product will be error-free or provide uninterrupted service. It does not cover uptime, continued availability, or data security features of software or online accounts.

QWR Interactive Solutions Pvt. Ltd. does not warrant that any software, firmware, or online services will function without error or interruption.

The warranty is void if the product is returned with damaged, removed, or tampered labels, or with unauthorized alterations (including the removal of components or covers).

This warranty does not cover data loss. Customers are responsible for backing up data regularly. Costs related to data recovery, removal, or reinstallation are not covered.

No implied or statutory warranties, conditions, or representations regarding the product, software, or connected services extend beyond what is expressly stated in this Limited Warranty.

Warranty Service ProcessIf you believe your product or accessory is malfunctioning, please follow these steps:Troubleshoot: Refer to the user manual or contact QWR Interactive Solutions Pvt. Ltd. for assistance in identifying and resolving the issue.

Note: Opening or dismantling the product or accessory may cause damage not covered by this Limited Warranty.

Prepare Required Information:

Product or accessory model and serial number.

Customer’s full address and contact details.

A copy of the original invoice, receipt, or bill of sale.

A valid proof of purchase must be presented when making a warranty claim.

Follow Instructions from QWR Interactive Solutions Pvt. Ltd.

The company will provide directions regarding how and when the product or accessory should be returned.

Customers may be responsible for shipping or handling costs when returning a product or accessory.

Data Backup

Before returning the product, customers must back up and delete any personal or confidential data.

QWR Interactive Solutions Pvt. Ltd. and its authorized service centers are not responsible for any data loss.

Repair or Replacement

If the product is returned during the warranty period and meets the warranty conditions, QWR Interactive Solutions Pvt. Ltd., at its sole discretion, will repair or replace it.

Repairs or replacements may use functionally equivalent reconditioned products or parts.

All replaced parts and products become the property of QWR Interactive Solutions Pvt. Ltd.

Warranty Continuation

A repaired or replaced product will be covered for the remainder of the original warranty period or for three (3) months from the repair/replacement date, whichever is longer.

Instead of requiring a product return, QWR Interactive Solutions Pvt. Ltd. may provide user-installable replacement parts, which must be returned upon request.

Notification Requirement

QWR Interactive Solutions Pvt. Ltd. must be notified of any issue during the warranty period to be eligible for remedies.

Products or accessories must not be shipped to QWR Interactive Solutions Pvt. Ltd. unless specifically instructed.

Other InformationIf an accessory has been exposed to damp conditions, water damage, or unbranded/unauthorized modifications, additional issues may arise after processing.

In cases where this service policy conflicts with national laws or regulations, the applicable national laws and regulations shall take precedence.

Limitation of Liability
QWR INTERACTIVE SOLUTIONS PVT. LTD., UNDER THIS LIMITED WARRANTY, SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND WHATSOEVER. This includes, but is not limited to:Loss of profits or revenues.

Loss of data.

Loss of use of the product or associated equipment.

Costs of replacement goods or substitute equipment.

Loss of use during the time the product is being repaired or replaced.

Furthermore, in no event shall QWR INTERACTIVE SOLUTIONS PVT. LTD. be liable to you for any such damages, even if the company has been advised of the possibility of such damages, arising from or related to this warranty statement—regardless of the form of action, whether based on:Contract,

Tort (including negligence),

Strict product liability, or

Any other cause of action or legal/equitable theory.

Maximum Liability
The total liability of QWR INTERACTIVE SOLUTIONS PVT. LTD. for any claim arising from or related to this warranty shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the product, regardless of the form of action or legal theory invoked.

Exceptions
Some states or countries do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages. In such cases, the limitations or exclusions set forth in this warranty may not apply to you.

Governing Law
This warranty is governed by the laws of India.

In certain jurisdictions, courts may not apply Indian law to some types of disputes.

This warranty applies only in countries where QWR Interactive Solutions Pvt. Ltd. officially ships and supports its products.
